Caroline tried a wheelchair dance class last night and really enjoyed it.
Hello and thanks for visiting! I'm Caroline. I'm 11 yr's old and in the sixth grade. Mom and I put this blog together as a journal and a way for my family and friends to keep up with my progress. I have arthrogryposis, a neuromuscular disease and scoliosis. I've had a lot of back surgeries both here in GA and in San Antonio, TX. I'm doing great and enjoying school. I joined Chorus at my school this year and am excited about singing. I collect pressed pennies and turtles and enjoy oil painting. I've been blessed with a wonderful support system and enjoy uploading pictures and posting about my latest happenings. Please check in and feel free to leave me comments. I'd love to hear from you. Thank you again for visiting!
As long as I live
I shall always be
My Self-and no other,
Just me.
Like a tree.
Willow, elder,
Aspen, thorn,
Or cypress forlorn.
Like a flower,
For its hour-
Primrose, or pink,
Or a violet-
Sunned by the sun,
And with dewdrops wet.
Always just me.

The Sunshine Fairies The little sunshine fairies Are out on sunny days. They gaily go a-dancing long the country ways. They paint the flower faces, The leaves of forest trees, And tint the little grasses All waving in the breeze. They color all the apples And work for days and weeks To make the grapes bloom purple And paint the peaches' cheeks. Ah! There's a tiny fairy! She's in the garden bed! It's little Ray O' Sunshine Who makes the roses red. Laura Ingalls Wilder
